Pastor Forman

He is a native of the Norwalk area, specifically the Collins area. Born in 1980, the youngest of five children. Pastor is a 1998 Graduate of Western Reserve High school in Collins Ohio. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior on November 5, 2000. He had the opportunity to serve in youth ministry at Harvest Baptist Temple in Clyde Ohio, under the direction and leadership of Pastor James Lewis. It was in 2006 the Lord moved in the heart of Pastor to attend Bible college at The Crown College of the Bible in Powell Tennessee, under the direction and leadership of Pastor Clarence Sexton. It was a year after graduation the Lord moved him back to Ohio to serve as Youth Leader of Norwalk Baptist Church. November sixth of 2016 the Lord moved Pastor to become the Senior Pastor of Norwalk Baptist Church.

Pastor Forman and his wife, Melissa, were married on July 31, 1999. She was saved July of 2000, and serves faithfully by her husband’s side. They have four beautiful girls Grace, Olivia, Melanie, and Gabriella.
